Privacy policy

This policy explains what information TruckQuick ("TruckQuick", "we") collects through truckquick.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It covers this website and the forms on it. The agreement you sign if you become a dispatch customer has its own terms.

Information you give us

When you fill in a form, we collect what you type in:

• Dispatch application: your name, mobile number, email, best time to call, equipment type and details (such as box length, truck and trailer ratings, CDL status), number of trucks, MC or DOT number, how long your authority has been active, lanes or home base and any notes.
• Factoring quote request: your name, mobile number, email, monthly invoice volume, number of trucks, MC or DOT number, whether you factor now and with whom, and what matters most to you.
• Contact form: your name, mobile number and message.

We also record the page you came from, the page you first landed on and, if present, the campaign tags in the link that brought you (UTM tags), so we know which pages and campaigns work.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical data: like any website, our servers and our hosting and security providers process your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use the IP address to block spam and abuse, including limiting how many times a form can be sent.
• Analytics: we may use a privacy-focused analytics service to count page views and events such as calculator use and form steps. It doesn't build advertising profiles.
• Bot protection: our forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them.

Cookies and local storage

• UTM cookie (first party): if you arrive through a link with campaign tags, we store those tags in a cookie named tq_utm for 30 days, so we can see which campaign led to an application.
• Local storage: our calculators remember the numbers you entered on your own device so they're there next time. Your equipment choice and form progress may also be kept in your browser for the session. This data stays in your browser; we don't receive it unless you submit a form.
• Security and analytics cookies set by the providers above may also apply.

You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time.

How we use your information

• To call, text or email you about the dispatch services or factoring quote you asked about, as you agreed on the form.
• To prepare for that call: for example, to work out which fee tier applies to your truck.
• To answer your message.
• To understand which pages and tools help carriers, and to improve the site.
• To protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse.
• To comply with the law.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

• Our factoring partner, only when you send a factoring quote request. The form names this and asks for your consent. The partner uses your details to prepare your quote and contact you about it.
• Service providers that run the site for us, under contracts that limit their use of your data: our hosting and security providers, our email delivery provider (Resend), which sends form submissions to our team and confirmation emails to you, the analytics service, and the bot-protection service.
• Partner links: when you click a link to Vertical Identity or TruckClub, you leave our site. We don't send them your form details. What you share on their sites is covered by their own privacy policies.
• Legal reasons: if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
• Business transfer: if our business is sold or merged, your information may pass to the new owner under this policy.

Calls and texts

When you check the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text and email at the number and email you gave us, including by automated means. Consent isn't a condition of buying any service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us on any call.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions as long as needed to follow up on your request and, if you become a customer, for the length of our relationship and any period the law requires for business records. Leads that don't become customers are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, normally within two years.

Your choices and rights

• Opt out of texts: reply STOP.
• Opt out of calls or emails: tell us on a call, reply to an email, or use our contact page.
• Access, correct or delete: ask us through the contact page. We'll confirm your identity and respond within the time the law allows.

Depending on your state, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We honor these requests for all visitors, wherever they live.

Security

We use HTTPS across the site, limit who on our team can see form submissions and use providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information like bank details or Social Security numbers through our forms.

Children

This site is for trucking businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
