Free trucking calculators
Tools for the numbers that decide whether a load is worth taking: rate, cost, weight, fuel, license and fees. They work for every rig we dispatch, from pickup hotshots and 26 ft box trucks to reefers, flatbeds and tankers. Each one shows its formula and sources, remembers your inputs on this device, and gives you a link to share the result. No sign-up, nothing sent anywhere.

How to use them together
Start with the cost per mile calculator: it gives you the floor every other tool compares against. Then check a load with the rate per mile and load profit tools, and set your ask with the counter-offer calculator before you call the broker. If you run near a weight line, the payload and GCWR checkers tell you what fits before you say yes.
The results are estimates from the numbers you enter and the rules we cite. Weight and license results follow federal rules; your state can be stricter, so check before you rely on a borderline answer.
