Terms of use
Last updated October 2026
These terms cover your use of truckquick.com, operated by TruckQuick ("TruckQuick", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
These are website terms only. If you become a dispatch customer, a separate dispatch service agreement sets out our services, fees and obligations, and that agreement controls anything about the service itself.
What this site is for
The site describes our truck dispatch service, accepts applications and factoring quote requests, and offers free guides, calculators and a trucking dictionary. You may use it for your own business and personal information. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, or use automated tools to scrape it, without our written permission. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine.
No guarantees
- Loads and income. Nothing on this site guarantees loads, rates, miles or income. Freight markets change daily. Any sample week, load or rate is labeled as an example and is for illustration only.
- Estimates. Calculator results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and the assumptions and rules we describe. They are not quotes, legal advice, tax advice or financial advice.
- Rules and regulations. We summarize federal rules, such as CDL classes and weight limits, as carefully as we can and date our sources. Rules change, and states can be stricter. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to your truck, your license and your loads before you rely on them.
- Market data. Rates and costs we quote come from named sources with a date. They may be out of date by the time you read them.
Applications and forms
When you send a form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. Sending an application doesn't create a dispatch agreement; we'll talk first, and any agreement is in writing. You can say no at any point.
You agree not to send spam, false information, malicious code or anything that interferes with the site, and not to use the forms for anyone else without their permission.
Load approval
On our service, every load is presented to you and nothing is booked until you say yes. The broker sends the rate confirmation directly to you, and you read and sign it. These pages describe that process; the dispatch service agreement governs it.
Partner links
Some pages link to partners: our factoring partner, Vertical Identity (DOT drug and alcohol testing consortium) and TruckClub (truck breakdown protection, which is not insurance). We may earn a fee when you sign up through these links; see our disclosure. Partner products and services are provided by the partners under their own terms. We are not responsible for their products, prices, decisions or websites. Check the partner's current terms before you buy.
Accounts, numbers and third-party data
If you give us an MC or DOT number, we may look it up in public FMCSA records to check its status, authority age and insurance filings before we call. We may also check broker credit and public safety data as part of preparing loads for customers. These checks rely on third-party data that can be incomplete or out of date, and we don't guarantee it.
Calculator results you share
Calculators can create a link that contains the numbers you entered, so you can share or save a result. Anyone you send that link to can see those numbers. Don't put anything private in a calculator that you wouldn't want in a link.
Intellectual property
The site's text, graphics, calculators, design, logo and name belong to us or our licensors. Other company names and trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; mention doesn't imply a partnership unless we say so.
Links to other sites
We link to government sources, data providers and other sites so you can check facts yourself. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will always be available or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including calculator results. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
If you misuse the site or break these terms and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.
Ending access
We may suspend or block access to the site or its forms for anyone who misuses them, for example by sending spam or attacking the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where TruckQuick is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes about the site will be handled in the courts of that state, unless the law requires otherwise.
